This policy explains what information iToolKit™ (itoolkit.com) collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what we need to sell you software, deliver your license, and support you. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

What we collect and why
Account and order information
When you purchase a plugin, we collect your name, email address, and billing address to process the order, create your account, issue your license key, and send your receipt and download link. Orders are retained as long as required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. Your card number goes directly to the payment processor and never touches or gets stored on our servers. We receive only a confirmation of payment and a reference token.
License activation data
When you activate a plugin license, our licensing system records your license key, the URL of the site it is activated on, and the plugin version. We use this to validate licenses, enforce site limits, and deliver automatic updates. That is all it is used for.
Support email
If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you and have context the next time you write. We do not add you to marketing lists because you asked a support question.
Cookies
We use cookies for the things a store needs cookies for: keeping your cart together, keeping you logged in to your account, and remembering your session through checkout. If you leave a comment, WordPress offers to remember your name and email so you do not have to retype them. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
We send transactional email (receipts, license keys, download links, renewal notices) to the address on your order. If we send marketing email, every message includes an unsubscribe link that works with one click.
Who we share data with
Only the services required to run the store: our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) and our email delivery provider. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with anyone.
How long we keep data
Order and subscription records are kept while your subscription is active and as long as accounting and tax law require afterward. Support correspondence is kept so we can keep helping you. License activation records are kept while the license exists.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Email support@itoolkit.com and a human will handle it. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (such as the GDPR or CCPA), those rights apply and we honor them.
Where your data lives
This site and its database are hosted on our servers. Payment data lives with Stripe or PayPal. We take reasonable technical measures to protect what we store, including SSL on every page of the site.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes get announced by email to customers.
