Every plugin installs the same way.

Three steps, about three minutes, no FTP required.

1

Upload the zip

Download the plugin zip from your account page, then in WordPress go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Activate when prompted.

2

Activate your license

Open the plugin’s License screen, paste the key from your receipt email, and click Activate. That ties the plugin to your site.

3

Let it update itself

An active license delivers automatic updates straight to your dashboard for a full year — no marketplace accounts, no manual re-uploads.

Popular Guides

The questions support answers most.

How do I move a license to a new site?
Open the plugin’s License screen on the old site and click Deactivate — that frees the activation slot instantly. Then activate the same key on the new site. No support ticket needed.
Launch your first Capture campaign
Go to Capture → Add Campaign and pick one of the 15 done-for-you templates — flash sale, webinar, waitlist, exit save, and more. Tweak the copy and blocks, choose where it shows and when it fires (exit-intent, scroll depth, time on page, targeted by page, device, or login state), and activate. Your first campaign can be live before your coffee goes cold.
Run an A/B split test in Capture
Create both versions as ordinary campaigns, then pair them in the A/B Test box on either campaign. Capture flips a 50/50 coin per visitor and keeps each visitor on their variant. Live stats show side by side in both campaigns — when you have a winner, click Declare Winner and the loser pauses automatically.
See real revenue next to each campaign
If WooCommerce is active, Capture credits completed orders back to the campaign that captured the buyer — server-side, cookieless, with a 90-day window. A Revenue column appears right in your campaigns list, so you can see which campaigns actually pay for themselves.
Where do my subscribers actually live?
In your own WordPress database, on your own server. Export the whole list to CSV anytime, connect your own Brevo account for sending, or pipe leads straight into iToolKit™ LMS. We never see, store, or transit a single address.
Export or erase a subscriber (GDPR)
Capture plugs into WordPress core’s privacy tools. Use Tools → Export Personal Data or Tools → Erase Personal Data with the subscriber’s email address — export hands them their data, erase hard-deletes them from every campaign.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Nothing — by default your campaigns, subscribers, and settings are preserved so you can reinstall without losing anything. If you want a true clean wipe, switch on “Delete data on uninstall” in the plugin settings first; deleting the plugin then removes everything.
My license says the site limit is reached
Each license covers a set number of active sites. Deactivate the license on a site you no longer use (License screen → Deactivate) and the slot frees up immediately. Can’t reach the old site? Email support and a human will sort it.
